We had the absolute pleasure of having Chef Luis and his wonderful pastry chef Anyi cook for us at a villa in Spain, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the very first moment, they were both warm, professional, and truly delightful to be around, which instantly set the tone for a perfect evening. The food was simply impeccable – beautifully presented, bursting with flavor, and prepared with such clear passion and skill. Every course was a joy, but the standout dish for everyone was without a doubt the Iberico pork cheek – melt-in-your-mouth perfection that we are still talking about! What made the evening even more special was how seamlessly Luis and Anyi managed everything, allowing us to relax and fully enjoy the company of our friends. Their attention to detail and genuine love for what they do really shone through in every dish. We cannot recommend them highly enough – an unforgettable culinary experience that turned our villa dinner into something truly magical.
